Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By using TeeNet, you agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by, and to comply with, these Terms and Conditions and any other posted guidelines or rules applicable to the Web Site. All such guidelines and rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions.

2. TeeNet Clubs

TeeNet Clubs are a network of MiClub clients (host clubs) who have chosen to make tee times available for bookings on external sites. When making a TeeNet booking you agree to the following general conditions:

• All players must adhere to each individual club/course's dress code regulations and the host club's right to refuse a booking in the case of non-compliance. A confirmation email will be sent from the host club to the person responsible for the booking outlining the dress code/etiquette, terms & conditions.
• The host clubs reserves the right to pair you up with other players.
• Course condition is the host club's responsibility. MiClub or the external site providing the booking interface does not have control over the condition of any golf course and accept no responsibility for any disappointment you may experience.

3. Method of Payment

All tee times sold through TeeNet are to be paid on the host club site. For a full list of payment methods please contact the host club.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations need to be made by contacting the host club directly. Host club terms & conditions apply.

5. Weather Policy

If the golf course is open, you are expected to play. If you are unable to play due to the golf course being closed for inclement weather the host club will attempt to notify you via email/sms. The host club will not be held responsible for missed bookings or inconvenience due to inclement weather.

6. Future Bookings

Host clubs reserve the right to contact you if you have made a future booking that needs to be changed or cancelled for any reason, eg, corporate day, course maintenance.

7. Privacy Policy

MiClub and TeeNet Clubs are subject to the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988. The Act contains 10 National Privacy Principles that set standards for the handling of personal information. MiClub and TeeNet Clubs have a commitment to privacy and the safeguarding of member, visitor and staff personal information.

By making a TeeNet booking you agree that limited personal information will be passed to MiClub and the host TeeNet club (eg, first name, last name, golf link number, gender, preferred phone contact, email). Any personal information provided by you to MiClub and the TeeNet clubs (eg, name, address, and contact details), will be protected. MiClub and TeeNet Clubs do not usually disclose your personal information to any other organisation or person unless there is a legal requirement to do so. MiClub or TeeNet Clubs may also disclose personal information to relevant authorities if it reasonably believes that there is a threat to an individual's life, health or safety, or public health or safety. If MiClub or TeeNet Clubs have reason to suspect that unlawful activity has been, is being or may be engaged in, personal information may be used or disclosed as a necessary part of any investigation and reporting to relevant persons or authorities.

MiClub or TeeNet Clubs may disclose your information to third parties that provide services under contract to MiClub or TeeNet Clubs. These contracts require the third party to keep your personal information confidential and secure. Your personal information may be used by MiClub or TeeNet Clubs for marketing purposes to improve our services and to provide you with the latest information about those services, any new related services and promotions. If you do not wish to receive information about services and promotions, MiClub or TeeNet Clubs, on request, will remove your name from mailing lists.

You have a right to access any personal information that MiClub or individual TeeNet Clubs may hold about you, including a right of correction of your information. MiClub or TeeNet Clubs will not charge a fee for you to access your personal information.

8. Disclaimer

This site, the information and materials on the site, and the software made available on the site, are provided "as is" without any representation or warranty, express or implied, of any kind, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, noninfringement, or fitness for any particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow for the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.

9. Limitations of Damages

In no event shall TeeNet Clubs or MiClub be liable to any entity for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or other damages (including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of information or programs or other data on your information handling system) that are related to the use of, or the inability to use, the content, materials, and functions of the site or any linked website, even if TeeNet Clubs/MiClub is expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MiClub and TeeNet Clubs, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement by you.

TeeNet uses cookies. Cookies tell us when you use the website and help customise your website experience. Cookies can be deleted from your computer via your browser settings at any time.
